Create user with access to monitoring and logging only

Kublr version 1.22 and newer

• In Keycloak, add a user to the default “KublrReadOnlyUsers” group.

Kublr version 1.21 and older

Approach

• In Keycloak, add a user to the:
  • default “KublrReadOnlyUsers” group
  • another group, which configuration is described below

Instruction

1. In Keykloack, create user group. The created group page is displayed.

2. On group page, click the Role Mappings tab.

3. In the Realm Roles, add “user” to Assigned Roles.

4. In Kublr, create role allowing the “list” access to spaces.

5. Bind created role to the previously created group.

6. In Keykloack, create your user.

7. Make sure your user belongs only to the “KublrReadOnlyUsers” group.

8. Include your user addtionally to the group wich configuration is decribed in above steps.

9. If necessary, include any number of new users into these groups.

   
   These users will have access only to monitoring and logging.
